Deadlines for tutors and advisors
This page outlines all the important deadlines relevant for tutors and advisors of PhD Students of the IECS Doctoral School. The deadlines follow the PhD students academic career.
The IECS School Secretariat will remind tutors and advisors all different deadlines (which are described in the table below) and will send instructions regarding the different activities to be accomplished.

Support in the preparation for the Qualifying exam for second-year PhD students. |

Admission of PhD students to the following year (2nd or 3rd year) |

Admission of PhD students to the final exam and suggestion of two referees |

Approval of the Study Plan for the first and second-year PhD students |
